Data controller

The data controller is Debtora CZ s.r.o., the company realising the Lurivo project, company ID 23733071, registered office Krocínova 333/3, Staré Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, registered in the commercial register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 432011. What data we process

We only process data you provide yourself via the contact form or a request for quotation: name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and the content of your message, including selected equipment. This site uses no tracking cookies or cross-site tracking tools.

Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your enquiry and preparing an offer — steps taken prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Follow-up business communication — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients and processors

Data is processed within the EU. Our technical processors are the hosting provider (Vercel), the database provider (Supabase, Frankfurt region, EU) and the e-mail provider [TO BE ADDED]. A data processing agreement is in place with each processor. We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention

We retain data for the duration of offer negotiations and thereafter for no longer than 24 months from the last communication, unless a contractual relationship arises. Data from contractual relationships is retained for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Requests are handled at hello@lurivo.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz) or your local supervisory authority.

Automated decision-making

We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling.
